Commercial Property
Whether you are buying or selling commercial property, taking or granting a lease, developing property or managing an investment portfolio, our experienced Commercial Property team can provide practical legal advice tailored to your requirements.
We act for businesses, investors, developers, landlords and tenants across a wide range of commercial property transactions.
Our team has extensive experience in dealing with the acquisition, disposal and management of both freehold and leasehold commercial property, including shops, offices, industrial units, restaurants, hotels and other commercial premises.
Our approach to commercial property
We understand that commercial property transactions require more than simply dealing with the legal documentation. The terms of a transaction can have significant financial and operational consequences for a business or investment.
Our approach is therefore practical, thorough and commercially focused. We explain the legal issues clearly, identify potential risks at an early stage and work with our clients to achieve their commercial objectives.
Whether you are acquiring premises for your business, investing in commercial property, granting or taking a lease, or dealing with an existing landlord and tenant relationship, our team will guide you through the transaction and provide clear advice at every stage.

Buying and selling commercial property
We act on the acquisition and disposal of freehold and leasehold commercial property.
Our team will investigate the title, review searches and supporting documentation, raise or respond to appropriate enquiries and advise on any legal issues that may affect the property or the proposed transaction.
We work closely with our clients and, where appropriate, their accountants, lenders, surveyors and other professional advisers to progress transactions efficiently through to completion.
Clear and transparent fees
We believe clients should understand the likely legal costs of a transaction from the outset.
Where possible, we will provide a clear quotation setting out our anticipated legal fees and any likely disbursements. If the scope of the work changes or additional work becomes necessary, we will discuss this with you before incurring additional costs.
Language assistance
We recognise that some clients may prefer to discuss important legal matters in another language.
Members of our team are able to provide assistance in Punjabi, Hindi and Urdu, helping clients understand the legal and practical aspects of their transaction.
