Employment Law

We provide practical and commercially focused employment law advice to both employers and employees.

Employment relationships can give rise to complex legal issues, whether you are an employer managing your workforce or an employee facing difficulties at work. Our experienced team provides clear advice designed to protect your interests and help resolve issues efficiently.

For employers, we advise on managing employment relationships, workplace procedures, redundancies and dismissals, as well as helping to reduce the risk of disputes and Employment Tribunal claims.

For employees, we provide advice on workplace disputes, dismissal, redundancy, settlement agreements and other employment-related concerns.

Our Approach

We provide clear, practical and straightforward advice, explaining your legal position and the options available to you.

Where a dispute arises, we will seek to resolve matters through negotiation where appropriate. If proceedings become necessary, we can advise and represent you throughout the Employment Tribunal process.

Clear and Transparent Fees

We understand that legal costs are an important consideration.

We will explain our fees at the outset and, where possible, provide a clear estimate of the likely costs. If additional work becomes necessary, we will discuss this with you before significant additional costs are incurred.
